Well Care Visits and Milestones

Visits often include taking physical measurements such as
height, weight and head circumference, as well as a patient history, sensory screenings, behavioral assessments, and planned procedures (immunizations, screenings and other tests). 

Via our patient portal we utilize questionnaires at every wellness visit to support comprehensive developmental/physical and mental health for all ages

Wellness Visits - Newborn to 3 Years:

1-2 Days | 2 weeks | 1 month| 2 months | 4 months | 6 months | 9 months | 12 months | 15 months | 18 months | 24 months | 30 months | 3 years

3 Years and Up:

From 3 years onward, we like to see your child once a year for an annual well visit that includes a physical exam as well as developmental, behavioral, and learning assessments.
