Late Cancel / Missed Appointment Policy

$75 fee will be charged for each Well Child Exam and each Visit 45 minutes or longer

$50 fee will be charged for each other type of appointment

1) Appointment scheduled before the day of the appointment cancelled/missed within 24 hours 

2) Missed appointment scheduled same-day 

3) Same Day Appointments “late-cancelled” within 1 hour of appointment 

4) Each appointment scheduled same-day after 2pm, not cancelled before 1:00pm, will also be charged a fee.
